Vielen Dank für die Information.
Heute habe ich das Modell empfangen.
Leider war das Verpackungkarton ziemlich gerissen und fürchtete ich ich dass das Modell Schaden hatte.
Aber das war glücklich nicht so.
Ich bin sehr froh mit das Modell und möchte Ihnen danken für die tolle Chrysler-Christmas-Ornament.
Vielen Dank und schöne Weihnachten aus Die Niederlande.

I was able to collect the package with tracking number.
So Finland Post it was to blame.
Our small post office is located at the local gas station, run by gas station employees, not really professional postal workers.
Package had arrived 30.9.16, they had scanned it to computer and put it to shelf waiting for pickup.
Problem was, that they forgot to inform me that the package was ready to be picked up.
They should have written a notice of arrival, which should have been delivered to our mailbox. (At the same effort they would had delivered the whole small package.)
They were really sorry for their mistake.
Luckily there was only rear window wiper parts, not for example mandatory engine parts.
Looking forward to ordering more parts for our Grand Voyager from Your shop, as soon as we need them. Very good customer service!
